Shipping & Returns
Shipping is only available within Canada.
Online orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via Canada Post expedited ground shipping or UPS standard. All orders come with tracking information. On occasion there may be delays in shipping, but we will try our best to get your items shipped as quickly as possible!
$10 flat rate shipping on all orders.
For priority shipping please contact us - charges may apply.
In Store Pick-up
If you would like to pick up your online order in store please select this option at the check-out in order to waive shipping fees. Proof of purchase is required to pick up your order. If you have someone else picking up your order be sure to provide them with your online confirmation.
Free local delivery on orders $75+. Select this option at check-out.
All sale items are final sale (this includes promotionally priced items).
Jewelry, Masks and Underwear are final sale.
Online orders that are shipped or delivered are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with brand tags attached to be accepted for a return. Shipping will be at the buyers expense and must be traceable. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Online orders that are picked up in store or curb side are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of order date. Orders that have been delivered locally are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of delivery date.
A full refund will only be given within the first 7 days. Exchanges or returns for store credit for online orders will be accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery date.
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Send return requests to email@example.com and instructions will be sent to you via e-mail.
When the order is received back at the store a refund will be issued.
If you would like to exchange your item please let us know in your e-mail. We can not guarantee the item will still be available, but will try our best to accommodate your request. We will ship the new item once we receive the return back at 11 Street Boutique.
All returns are at the discretion of 11 Street Boutique.
In store Returns
All sale items, intimates, swimwear and jewellery are final sale.
There are no cash refunds for in store purchases.
Items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with brand tags may be exchanged or returned for a store credit only within 14 days of the purchase date. The original receipt is required for any returns. All returns are at the discretion of 11 Street Boutique.
